This course is designed to provide you with a safe and gentle space to move, breathe, and nurture your body throughout your pregnancy. Each week, you’ll learn yoga poses, breathing techniques, and mindful movement to support your changing body, relieve common pregnancy discomforts, and help prepare for labour.
In addition to the physical benefits, you’ll also experience the emotional connection that comes from being in tune with your baby through mindful movement and breathwork. The course will guide you in building strength, flexibility, and relaxation while learning valuable techniques that can make your birth experience smoother and more empowering.
Beyond the yoga, you’ll have the chance to meet and connect with other local mums, building friendships and a sense of community as you share this special time together.
